Cognac R. Delisle Vintage 1975 2020 clean and fine fruitFins Bois is one of the 6 appellations in Cognac and the area is covered with clay and calcareous soil very similar to Champagne Crus. Furthermore, Fins Bois is located in a lower lying area known as "Pays Bas" in northern Cognac where heavier clay soils also occur. The area is 31,000 ha and is surrounded by the first three crus. Fins Bois is generally characterized by producing nice round and soft cognac with good storage potential. Delisle XO
