The refractory ceramic heat in the oven for 10 15 minutes and takes the liquid out of the dough during baking. The pizza stone is also ideal for bread and can give a crispy crust. The pizza mast measures 40 x 35 cm and has practical feet which makes it easy to remove from surfaces.
