The grapes come from three different vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, which contributes to the complexity and balance of the wine. The 2020 vintage was characterized by a dry and warm winter followed by summer rain, which gave the grapes an intense aroma and high acidity. The wine was fermented in steel tanks and aged for 6 months in
