The color is intense, deep ruby red. The scent is appealing with spices and notes of fresh tobacco. The taste is potent from the start with ripe tannins. It ends with a long and powerful, but silky and elegant aftertaste. Aged for 36 months in Allier oak casks followed by six to eight months in bottle in Mastrojanni's cellar.
