The grapes come from vineyards in the Meda region, which are located at an altitude of 450 500 meters. They are picked in 20 kg boxes, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation lasts at least 5 days at temperatures of 26 27C, after which they undergo a final pressing before aging. The wine presents a light color and a youthful, fresh aroma of red berries.
