2018 Vermentino, Seppeltsfield, Barossa Valley Margaux Exuding great characterAromas of pear, citrus and freshly picked almonds as found in original varieties in the Mediterranean area. In the mouth great freshness and crispness, with a stony minerality and mouth watering juiciness with citrus peel and great richness of flavour. The nice acidity comes from the cold fermentation and gives this cold fermented Vermentino almost Ligurian characteristics.
