A pure Chardonnay pushed to the extreme: no compromise, no concession. Only high hill grapes, long maturation on the lees (over 5 years) and zero dosage to produce a naked, sharp, deeply territorial wine. On the nose it opens with hints of dried fruit, bread crust, bitter citrus and hints of medicinal herbs. The sip is taut, salty, direct, with a vertical thrust that makes
