What is the mashbill

Dansk Mjod Ribe Mjod Mead Loch Lomond 12 Year and ferociously deliciousRibe Mjd is brewed to celebrate Scandinavia's oldest town Ribe with their 1300 year anniversary. The recipe is made in collaboration with Ribe Viking Centre, and apple juice has been added to the mead to highlight a sense of fruit and give mead slightly more acid in addition to the sweetness from the honey.
