The figurine or ornament is old, circa 1940s, and is made of shiny plastic with a glass look. With paper hat and pipe cleaner trim, the Santa Claus stands approximately 3 3 4" tall with cardboard base and hanging loop. In good vintage condition with staining and finish loss, but oh so cute!
