Royal Fleet Auxiliary Long Service Medal Gift Card Officers (OBE) and Members (MBE)The Royal Fleet Auxiliary Long Service Medal was instituted by Royal Warrant 24th July 2001 and awarded after 20 years service to all officers, petty officers and ratings of the RFA. with a clasp being awarded for a further 10 years service. Additional awarded for 10 years additional service are denoted by a bar attached to the ribbon.
