After the hole has been dug (70 cm 27. 56 in.) and the conduit installed, pour concrete into the hole. Feed the conduit through the center opening of the mounting base. Make sure there is enough length remaining on the threaded rods above the plate to securely attach the lamp post base. Lower the mounting base into the concrete. Use a level to ensure that the surface is perfectly horizontal.
